Mr. Kiran Asher, the founder-partner & group managing director
heads eleven companies in Oman, UAE and India. Under his visionary
leadership Al Ansari Group’s diversified activities include
contracting, trading and marketing, manufacturing and services etc.
Asher is actively associated with Indian associations in Oman — Indian
Merchants’ community, Indian Social Club, India Economy Forum and Indian Schools
in Oman.

- He is Board Member of the Oman Cricket Club.
Involved in establishing fraternity of Indian Businessmen at JAFZA (Jebel Ali
Free Zone), Dubai which is responsible to act in close co-ordination between the
free zone management and the fraternity of Indian business institutions in the
free zone.
He also provides financial support to many NGOs in India for the noble
activities they are doing and thus known as the “man to turn to in despair ”

Managing Director
Mr. Yusuf Esmailji Nalwalla,is the founder-partner
and joint managing director of Al Ansari Group of Companies. Under his able
leadership, Al Ansari Trading Enterprise LLC., was registered as an “Excellent
Grade” Company with the Chamber of Commerce and Tender Board of Sultanate of
Oman.
He is Board member of Al Ansari Group and managing multifaceted organization for
several years profitably through:
- Al Ansari Trading Enterprise, Oman:
It is involved in building construction and infrastructure work for sewage
and water transmission including pipe-line network. The largest contract handled
is worth US $50 million.
- Al Ansari Contractors:
This unit of the group handles the electro-mechanical contracts in the
building construction industry.
- Al Manhal Agricultural & Technical Works LLC:
Landscaping and irrigation work for the parks, buildings and municipalities.
- Al Ansari Steel & Wood Works:
Rebar factory for deforming steel bars. Trading building material and
deformed bars
- Akar Technical Services Co. LLC, UAE:
Akarspecialises in turnkey contracts in the field of irrigation, landscaping
and electromechanical contracting, for both commercial and residential projects.
- JKS Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Chennai:
Is one of the largest specialist supplier for Food service and Laundry
industry, recognized as the leader in the field with utmost dedication to
Quality, Design, Engineering and Service all blended into one.
- Natural Stone Company LLC
A joint venture of Al Ansari & Bramco of Bahrain. Usage of natural stone
brings grace to many architectural wonders. He is also actively associated with
various business forums and social organizations which include:
- Director for Essenco – a leading plumbing company in India.
- Member of managing committee of MES MF High Technical Vocational Training
Institute and founder of the "Yusuf Nalwala Center for Plumbing, Kerala” managed
by this institute. Socially involved as the chairman of the Board of Directors
of all the Indian Schools in the Sultanate of Oman governing 15 schools
providing education to 32000 students in Sultanate of Oman since April 2005.
Executive Director
Mr. T.P. Prakasan an alumni of Regional Engineering College (REC),
Calicut graduated as an Electrical Engineer in 1988. He is a Board member of
AAPT India as Executive Director. He carries a rich experience of over 21 years
in the electrical industry having worked in Grasim Industries Ltd, AEG-NGEF Ltd,
Sterling & Wilson Ltd and ABB Ltd. (Bangalore). He has handled various functions
like project management, procurement, marketing, business unit management etc.
